What is an archival quality print anyway?
Currently Olivia makes all of her own prints in her studio using an Epson R1800 printer with 8 color epson ultrachrome inks. Every image is printed on 285gsm Hahnemuhle Torchon paper which is an acid free, age resistant paper, bright white in color, heavyweight like a think card with a coarse surface like watercolour paper.

The combination of the ink and paper gives an outstanding quality matt print with a wonderful depth of colour which is fade resistant for up to 200 years.

How will you send my print?
Your order will be sealed in a cello bag and sent flat, in a boardbacked envelope. Larger prints will be sent with additional reinforcement to protect them from any possible damage in transit.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Olivia accepts all electronic payments for UK and international orders through Paypal.

UK residents can pay with a cheque if necessary - please get in touch for details if you need to pay by cheque.

Items cannot be shipped until your payment has cleared, please be aware of this if your order has any time constraints.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Olivia can ship internationally. Please be aware that although prices are shown in dollars all items are shipped from the UK. Prices are shown in dollars as the highest percentage of customers reside in the USA.
How do you calculate your shipping charges?
Olivia aims to keep the shipping charges as low as possible and reviews them every few months. You are paying for the cost of actual shipping plus the packaging materials required for your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your items will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order. If for any reason there is likely to be a delay on shipping Olivia will contact you as soon as she can to discuss your order.

Within the UK you should expect to receive your items within 5 working days.

International customers should recieve their orders within 7 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the efficiency of your country's postal service - so please be patient.

If you have not received your order within 14 days please get in touch.

What is you returns/refund policy?
If for any reason you should be unhappy with your order please get in touch within 28 days to discuss the possibility of a return/refund. Your items must be returned in optimum resaleable condition and not have been removed from their cello bag. If your returned item is not in acceptable condition your refund will be refused. Return shipping will not be paid for.
Do you invite wholesale or consignment orders?
Unfortunately Olivia is unable to commit herself to any wholesale or consignment orders at this time.
Do you invite custom orders?
If you have a particular size print in mind or would like to discuss custom sized matting and framing please get in touch for a quote.
How often do you add new items?
New prints are available approximately every 6 weeks. Original art work is listed as and when it is available so make sure to check back regularly.
How can I find out about regular shop updates?
