Handling, Storage, Display and Usage


Drawings


Please note that the majority of my work is made with salvaged materials which may include age related discolouration, surface wear, stains, tears and scribbles all of which will be visible in the image of the item and/or mentioned in the description. 


The work is often very delicate due to the nature of the materials involved and it is advised to keep the work in the cello bag supported by cardboard until it can be suitably framed. 


Touching the surface of any piece is not advised.


It is recommended that all pieces should be professionally framed behind UV reflective glass where possible, hung out of direct sunlight, displayed in a location out of direct sunlight and away from damp or extremely drying conditions.


Ceramics


Due to the unique shape of each item careful storage must be considered especially if wishing to stack multiple items in storage.


All ceramic items are unsuitable for use in a dishwasher, microwave or oven. Strictly hand wash only.



SHOP POLICIES


By purchasing any item in this shop you agree to the following policies:


Refunds and Returns 


A return/refund will not be granted on any drawing should the handling, storage and display factors above not be taken into consideration when you are in possession of a piece and a piece becomes damaged.


Your items must be returned in optimum re-saleable condition and must not have been removed from the cellophane packaging. If your returned item is not in its original condition your refund will be refused. 


A refund will be given on any item damaged in transit if adequate photographic evidence is provided and it is within a reasonable timeframe.


If you are unhappy with any item please get in touch within 30 days to discuss a return. 


Refunds are not offered after the 30 day period has passed. 


Return postage will not be paid for. 


When returning an item proof of postage must be obtained.


Any damages incurred in transit must be reported within 30 days of receipt.


I cannot take responsibility for any items delayed, lost or damaged due to force majeure.
